Through our experiences with countless customers such as yourself, we know that our consultative approach works best when all parties are engaged in the back-and-forth discussion and Q&A that help me know what you are looking to achieve with your project. Sometimes there are options and trade-offs that need to be understood before I can quote a price. In addition, we like to keep our production pipeline full, and to help us do that, I may be able to offer some special incentives that are only available if you are able to make a decision right away. For these reasons, I respectfully request that all who are involved in making a decision be present at our meeting.
